Benign Positional Vertigo

I’ve had chronic benign positional vertigo for about eight years. I haven’t been able to lie down or get up without the room “spinning.” I’ve adapted to it but, it’s limited many of my activities. I felt it was related to muscle tension in my neck and back but, deep tissue massage, previous acupuncture and recent chiropractic wouldn’t relieve it. In my first treatment with Helen she confirmed my theory and immediately found the “trigger spots.” This will sound astounding but, my chronic vertigo disappeared during the first session. I was amazed. I can now jump out of bed in the morning! I want to thank her so much. I’m very grateful for her knowledge, kindness and caring.
